Glossary
Definitions written to be quoted: a short answer up top, sources at the bottom, and nothing in between that a reader has to wade through. The schema requires at least one source per entry — no source, no page.
Scheduling and planning
- Content calendar — A single dated view of everything an organisation plans to publish, showing what goes out, on which channel, on which date, and in which state, so that one person can see the whole publishing plan without opening each channel separately.
Channels and communities
- WhatsApp Groups API — Meta's own developer API for creating and managing WhatsApp groups from a business account, gated to an Official Business Account and capped at 8 participants per group, which keeps it from reaching a community-sized WhatsApp group.
