What these terms cover
These terms apply to https://growsocialco.com, the website you are reading, and to https://app.growsocialco.com, the GrowSocialCo app.
Both are covered by this page. The website and the app are operated by the same entity, and rather than publish two documents that would drift apart, the app's terms are the sections below marked as applying to the app.
The two are not the same thing and the sections say which is which. The website sells nothing: it publishes no pricing, takes no payment and creates no account, and the only thing you can do on it is read, search, and ask us for a demonstration. The app is where you have an account and connect channels, so the sections about accounts apply only there.

You may read, link to, quote and share anything published here.
We ask that you do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, and that you do not present our material as your own. Those are the only restrictions, and they are the ordinary ones.
What we publish, and its limits
Pages on this site that compare GrowSocialCo with other products state the date they were last checked and link every claim to the other product’s own material. Software changes. A claim that was accurate on the date shown may not be accurate when you read it, which is exactly why the date and the sources are there. Check them before relying on a comparison.
Nothing on this site is a guarantee that the product will do a particular thing for you. If a specific capability decides your purchase, ask us to show it during a demonstration and get the answer from a person.
Booking a demonstration
Asking for a demonstration creates no contract and no obligation on either side. What happens to the details you submit is described in our privacy policy.
Using the GrowSocialCo app
This section applies to app.growsocialco.com.
Who can have an account
You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you need to give us an email address that reaches you. One person or organisation, one account; you are responsible for what happens under yours, including anything done by someone you give access to.
Your content stays yours
What you schedule stays yours. We do not claim ownership of your posts, your images or your video. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you — to store what you scheduled and to send it to the channels you connected, at the time you chose. You are responsible for having the right to post what you post.
What you may not do with it
Do not use the app to publish anything unlawful, to impersonate somebody, to send bulk unsolicited messages, or to break the rules of the platforms you connect. Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service. These are the ordinary restrictions and we apply them in the ordinary way.
The platforms you connect
Every channel you connect has its own terms, and those terms apply to you when you post through us. We cannot post where a platform will not let us, and a platform can change its rules or withdraw its access at any time — if that stops a channel working, it is not something we control or can undertake to fix.
WhatsApp works differently, and carries a risk the other channels do not
WhatsApp posting in GrowSocialCo is not provided through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. We have no partnership with, no certification from and no endorsement by Meta or WhatsApp. The channel works by automating WhatsApp itself.
That has a consequence you need to weigh before you connect it. Automating WhatsApp may breach WhatsApp's own terms of service, and WhatsApp may restrict, suspend or permanently ban the account you connect. That risk falls on your WhatsApp account, not on ours, and we cannot appeal it for you or get an account back.
So: connecting WhatsApp is your decision and your risk. You are responsible for whether your use complies with WhatsApp's terms. If losing the WhatsApp account or number would be serious for you, do not connect it — every other channel in the app uses that platform's official connection.
What it costs
There are no paid plans today. The app is free to use as it stands, and nothing on this site or in the app is a price quotation. If we introduce paid plans we will publish the terms for them and tell account holders before anything becomes chargeable; we will not start charging an existing account without notice and without your agreement.
What we do and do not promise
We do not promise any particular level of availability. The app is provided as it is: we run it carefully and we will fix what we can, but there is no uptime commitment, no guarantee that a scheduled post will publish, and you should not rely on it for anything where a missed post causes you loss. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Ending an account
You can stop at any time by emailing us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that puts the service or other users at risk, or that we are required to act on by law — and other than where the law or an urgent risk prevents it, we will tell you why. When an account closes, its scheduled posts stop and the keys to its connected channels are removed, as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, and because the service is provided free of charge, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit or revenue, or for a post that failed to publish or published later than you scheduled it.
Open-source lineage
GrowSocialCo is built on Postiz, which is published under the AGPL-3.0 licence. That lineage is described in more detail on our comparison with Postiz.
The app at app.growsocialco.com is a modified version of Postiz. Because Postiz is licensed under the AGPL-3.0, anyone who uses the app over a network is entitled to the corresponding source of the version they used, and we offer it: email growsocialco@teziapp.com and we will provide it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If part of this does not hold
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. That part is narrowed to whatever would make it enforceable, and everything else is unaffected.
These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about this website and the app. Anything said in a demonstration, an email or a call does not change them unless we put it in writing and both agree.
Changes
We will update this page when what we do changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and there is no version of these terms other than the one published here.
